The Advanced Web Programming Bundle helps students develop expertise and experience in web programming, and includes coverage of advanced HTML, DHTML, XML, and using Active Server Pages to build dynamic Web-based business solutions. Students will gain hands-on experience in converting HTML tables to frames, and converting a frame-driven site to a style-sheet-driven site. The bundle also covers the differences between HTML and XML, and shows students how to harness the power of XML.

This bundle requires

  • A text editor
  • Both Netscape and Internet Explorer version 4.0 browsers
  • A compression utility, such as WinZip
  • Windows NT Server running IIS OR
  • Windows NT Workstation running Peer Web Services OR
  • Windows 95 running Peer Web Services and Internet Explorer 4.01 (IE 4.01 is not required but you will need it to download Peer Web Services)
  • This Bundle is comprised of:

  • HTML Frames and Forms (WT-1370-180)
  • Style Sheets and DHTML (WT-1371-180)
  • Introduction to Active Server Pages (WT-1373-180)
