In this course, students learn how to install a VERITAS File System, use basic file system commands, and perform online administration using VERITAS File System administration tools. VERITAS File System provides comprehensive instruction on using VERITAS File System in a Solaris operating environment, from basic procedures such as installation and creation of a file system, to advanced topics such as extent management and file system tuning.
