The Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting Course (CIT) course instructs students on how to troubleshoot an environment using Cisco routers and switches for multiprotocol client hosts and servers. This advanced course provides networking professionals with the troubleshooting processes on Cisco Routers and Catalyst Switches. This course provides complete preparation for Cisco Support exam 640-506, a requirement for certification in the new Cisco CCNP certification program.
The KnowledgeNet CIT LIVE course consists of six sessions, each of which lasts for three hours. The course runs Monday and Wednesday afternoons, from 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. PST.

Prerequisites |

To succeed fully in this course, students should be able to: Demonstrate the skills acquired through experience working as a networking professional using Cisco equipment and have completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) material. In addition, because this new CIT course has technical content beyond the router-centric limits of the past CIT courses, students must have LAN switch and Fast Ethernet skills and knowledge.
