The Sun ONE Meta-Directory 5.0: Integration and Configuration course provides students with the knowledge to install and configure components of the Sun ONE Meta-Directory. The course materials cover the Join Engine, direct connectors, and indirect connectors for both the Solaris 8 Operating System (Solaris OS) and the Microsoft Windows NT operating system.

Lab demos give students knowledge about the Join Engine and connectors for the Solaris 8 OS.

The course also introduces students to deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting concepts. These topics are not covered in depth.

This course also has content about Sun ONE Meta-Directory 5.1 provided in the appendix.
