The course presents the five elements of the knowledge management framework: measuring the business value, involving people, leveraging knowledge and relevant content, applying technology and implementing processes to support your knowledge management initiative. The course also contains a self assessment option to help you evaluate your readiness for implementing the knowledge management system to support your business objectives.
